Silo Transforms NVM Real Estate Headquarters into a Clubhouse-Style Space

architecture-design · 2026-09-26

Silo has revamped the headquarters of the Dutch real estate association, NVM, converting traditional office spaces into a vibrant club-like atmosphere focused around a sun-drenched atrium. The redesign features blond oak wall panels, open staircases, circular paper lamps, and a coffee bar. It reflects historical Dutch traditions, with members adhering to an honor code showcased through graphics and wall art. Meeting rooms are equipped with clear glass walls fitted with privacy films, and wood accents are prevalent throughout. The reception area features a blend of ribbed oak slats and sleek stone counters, complemented by dark blue felt panels for sound absorption. Guests are greeted by a mosaic wall adorned with pixel icons. The entire project is showcased on Behance.
