SF Projects+ Transforms Basel Residence into a Salon for Collective Memory
From June 15 to 20, Haus Vischer Weber in Basel will showcase 'Our Collective Memory,' organized by Floor van Eekeren and Sarah Schulten during Art Basel week. This innovative exhibition diverges from conventional methods by allowing committee members to personally choose artists. The lineup features notable figures including Olivia Anani, Juan Enriquez, Clara Halperin, and more. The event, which showcases over twenty artists such as Korakrit Arunanondchai and Hajime Sorayama, delves into the intersection of memory and technology. Inspired by historical salons, it will also include communal activities, fostering a richer dialogue around memory in the digital era.
