September Art Highlights: Berlin Art Week Returns, Flávio de Carvalho Survey, and Sarah Davachi's New Album

The eleventh edition of Berlin Art Week takes place from 14 to 18 September, emphasizing peripheral areas as artists and galleries face rising costs in the city center.
