Sendero Villas by LOOP Design Studio Opens in Costa Rica

LOOP Design Studio has completed Sendero Villas, a hotel project in Playa Guiones, Costa Rica, in 2024. The 1,314 m² development is led by architects Mario Zamora and Chelsea Soto, with interior design by Cola Blanca Studio and DAAS Light. The project emphasizes sustainability and integration with the natural environment, reflecting the area's commitment to conservation and surf culture. Structural engineering was handled by Atelier Ingenieria, MEP by JLC Ingenieros, construction by Constructora Totem, and landscape architecture by Vida Masterplanning Design. Project management was provided by SPHERA Sostenible.
