SEEK Design + Architecture Completes 251 m² Dutchmoor Valley House in Rural Indiana
In 2023, SEEK Design + Architecture completed a 251 m² (2,700 sq ft) guesthouse on a sprawling 5-acre rural property in Indiana, USA. The design features three gabled sections nestled among mature trees and a vibrant wildflower meadow, complementing the main complex that includes the primary home, a barn, a pool house, and gardens. Intended for family gatherings, the guesthouse also provides a wellness and entertainment space for the owners. It boasts two bedrooms with a shared bath and soaking tub, a fitness area, a cozy lounge with a wood stove, a coffee bar, an entertainment room with a pool table, and a flexible garage. Architect Jason Nuttelman led the project, supported by Kai Liu and Jose Carlos Garcia, with construction done by Integrus Construction and structural support from M2 Engineering.
