Designed by ODDs&ENDs architects and led by Haejin Choi, the Second Chance Library in Pocheon-si, South Korea, is a 372 m² project completed in 2023. Curated by Miwa Negoro and operated by SEPUMA with sponsorship from the SEEART Foundation, the library aims to provide second chances to young people facing hardship.
