sauermartins Completes Vicco Building in Porto Alegre

The architectural firm sauermartins has unveiled the Vicco building, a newly completed residential complex in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Spanning 2,750 square meters, this structure is strategically positioned near major public parks and focuses on harmonizing indoor and outdoor environments, as well as blending public and private living spaces. The project team includes notable architects such as Pedro Leggerini and Morgana Goulart. Landscaping was the work of Creare Paisagismo, while Compor Empreendimentos managed the construction.
