Sanjay Puri Architects has completed the Primus, a nine-level office building in Jaipur, India, that responds to the local climate through a stacked capsule-shaped module design. Located near Jaipur Airport, the project adheres to a 30-meter height restriction while providing eight offices per floor with unit sizes from 60 to 125 square meters. The structural layout allows for flexible combinations of units into larger workspaces. The building is set for completion in 2026 and covers an area of 9,475 square meters. The design team includes lead architect Sanjay Puri, along with Chandan Joshi and Sonali Chougule. The client is Mahima Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., with Nikhil Madan as director.
