Salon Réalités Nouvelles returns to Césure for 80th edition in Paris

From November 5 to 8, 2026, the Salon Réalités Nouvelles, a prestigious event in France's abstract art scene, will mark its 80th edition at Césure, located on the former Censier campus of the Université Sorbonne-Nouvelle in Paris. Established in 1946, this salon highlights all variations of abstraction. Over the course of four days, 120 artists will showcase one piece each in mediums such as painting, sculpture, printmaking, drawing, or photography. This format embodies the salon's founding ethos: a gathering driven by artists that emphasizes interaction, experimentation, and the dynamic nature of abstraction. Additionally, since 2014, the salon has promoted a dialogue between art and science by including artist-researchers.
