Rue de l'Église Office Building Transformation in Neuilly-sur-Seine

Completed in December 2025, the Rue de l'Église project transforms a 1970s office building in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Architects Vincent Lavergne Architecture Urbanisme and COVE Architectes chose to renovate and densify the existing structure rather than demolish it, intervening on the façade, ground, and roof. The project spans 3,150 m² and incorporates materials from Saint-Gobain, FRANCIAFLEX, Iribarren Pierres Naturelles, ROCAMAT, and Schüco.
