Rirkrit Tiravanija Designs Boat-Shaped Dining Tables for Dalad's Pop-Up at Art Basel Paris 2026
Dalad's, a pop-up eatery created by We Are Ona, showcases two stainless steel tables resembling classic Thai fishing boats, crafted by Rirkrit Tiravanija. Situated near Place de l'Étoile during Art Basel Paris 2026, the restaurant operates from October 18 to 25, 2026, accommodating up to 100 diners. The installation, a collaboration between Chef Dalad Kambhu and We Are Ona's founder Luca Pronzato, offers modern Thai dishes with a four-course lunch and an eight-course dinner. Tiravanija's design evokes the essence of Bangkok's waterways and floating eateries.
