Residencia JQY: André Becker and Ricardo Karman Design Beachfront House in Chile

A beachfront residence named Residencía JQY was designed by André Becker and Ricardo Karman, with the beach serving as the defining element of both the site placement and the overall atmosphere. The house is subtly raised above the beach level, a move that allows every main space to face the sea. On the lower level, the program includes a living room, a dining room, a terrace and a swimming pool. Two suites occupy the upper floor, and they too open toward the ocean.
