A former industrial site at 37 avenue du Docteur Arnold Netter in the 12th arrondissement of Paris has been transformed into the US Métro Bizot, a modern sports center that integrates various athletic activities previously scattered across multiple venues. Spanning 1,980 square meters, this initiative emphasizes both Recreation & Training and Adaptive Reuse. The curation was spearheaded by Nina Vuga, with RATP’s Valorization Immobilière, Achats & Logistique overseeing the project. Notable contributions from specialists, including photographers Cecile Septet and MDLG, ensured the preservation of the site’s industrial past while enhancing facilities for the RATP community.
