PUKKUN Residence in Cancún by REIMS 502 Architects Completed in 2023

The PUKKUN Residence, a suburban tropical home in Cancún, was completed in 2023 by REIMS 502 architects. Curated by Valentina Díaz, the project features lead architects Eduardo Reims Hernández and Andrea Maldonado Verduzco. Spanning 1100 square meters, the residence integrates an extensive architectural program tailored for a family. Design strategies emphasize a sensitized sense of place, blending with the immediate context. Interior design was handled by Habitación 116, while Maat Handasa contributed to the landscape. Contractor Rogerio Ruiz Ramírez oversaw construction, with structural work by S+S Obra y 4D Estructural. The residence showcases a thoughtful approach to suburban living in a tropical setting.
