Proyecto CH: Ábaton's Madrid House Prioritizes Light and Connection

architecture-design · 2026-06-06

Ábaton has completed Proyecto CH, a 750 m² house in Madrid designed in 2018. The project reimagines domestic space by prioritizing public areas like the living room and kitchen as central gathering points, while private zones are accessed through a semi-hidden entrance. The kitchen is positioned as the family's connective hub from which other rooms flow. Photographs by Belén Imaz document the interior. The project was curated by Valentina Díaz.
