Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to Return to U.K. for Children's Schooling

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to be considering a return to the U.K. to create a home base for their children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, as they begin school. The pair, who left royal duties in 2020 to settle in Montecito, California, will continue to own their $14.65 million mansion purchased in June 2020 and will also maintain a residence in Portugal, as reported by People. Although they are relocating, they will keep their Duke and Duchess titles granted by Queen Elizabeth during their wedding in 2018. This move does not indicate a mending of ties with Prince William, despite a recent family visit to the U.K. where the children met King Charles for the first time in over four years. The king was informed of their plans last week. Meghan has provided glimpses of their life on Instagram while keeping their private matters discreet; for her Netflix series 'With Love, Meghan,' she filmed at a nearby rental to protect their family home.
