Prada Expands Circularity to Cashmere and Wool, Plus Fashion Collabs and a Skateboarding World Record
Prada has broadened its circular production approach by incorporating natural fibers through Re-Cashmere and Re-Wool, which repurpose manufacturing waste into fresh yarn. The Re-Cashmere line features sweaters crafted entirely from recycled cashmere, while Re-Wool consists of 50% RWS-certified virgin wool mixed with recycled wool and cashmere for women's clothing. All products are produced in Tuscany and Umbria and include NFC tags connected to a blockchain-based Digital Certificate of Authenticity. Availability is limited, and seasonal color variations may occur.
