Plaza Corporate Torre Norte by Biselli Katchborian Arquitetos

The Plaza Corporate complex, part of a larger urban intervention in an unnamed city, includes the Torre Norte, an office building designed by Biselli Katchborian Arquitetos. The project, completed in 2025, covers 27,512 square meters and was photographed by Vitor Martins. The team, led by authors Mario Biselli and Artur Katchborian, includes a large group of collaborators. The construction was handled by R3M, with structural engineering by Orlando Stranieri, lighting design by Lumavi, electrical installations by PKM Consultoria, hydraulic installations by Usina Consultoria e Projetos Ltda, HVAC by Polo Norte, and fire protection by Graton Engenharia. The project is part of a mixed-use development that expanded an existing shopping center and incorporated adjacent land. The Torre Norte is dedicated to corporate offices, while a separate Torre Sur serves residential purposes. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira and is categorized under office architecture.
