PLATTE Berlin Marks Fifth Anniversary with Haderlump, Sven Marquardt, and Luca Eck

other · 2026-09-14

On September 11th, PLATTE Berlin marked its fifth anniversary during the Featured Night of Berlin Art Week, attracting over 700 attendees. Since its inception, this innovative space has deviated from traditional retail approaches. The celebration featured collaborations among three prominent Berlin creatives: fashion label Haderlump Atelier Berlin, photographer Sven Marquardt, and DJ/producer Luca Eck. Haderlump showcased a selection of distinctive sculptural designs that combined sharp urban tailoring with tangible materials. Marquardt displayed a curated series of black-and-white portraits initially captured for a SLEEK editorial in December 2024, engaging in a dialogue with Haderlump's fashion. Luca Eck provided an electrifying soundtrack, reflecting the city's underground and modern queer electronic scene. KALTBLUT, which reported on the event, expressed pride in being part of PLATTE's evolution into a creative hub. Event photography was done by @carmensheis, with more details available at platte.berlin.
