PLAT ASIA Completes Beijing Foresky Community Center

PLAT ASIA has completed the Foresky Community Center in Beijing, a 1,600 m² facility on the South Fourth Ring. Designed around the concepts of Gathering and Return, the center prioritizes spatial experience and serves as a communal hub for neighbors. It houses a gym, children's center, restaurant, café, and art shop. The lead architect is Donghyun JUNG, with partner architect Liu Guowei, design director Lian Jingyun, and project designer Wang Haiyu. The scheme design team includes Zhou Qinyuan, Shang Anqi, and Li Shu. The client is Metro Land Corporation LTD, with interior LDI by YiBoChuan (Shandong) Design Institute and lighting consultants Tang Qiubao. Photographs are by Yumeng Zhu.
