Perma Refuge on Serifos by MOLD Architects
On the island of Serifos in Greece, MOLD Architects, led by Iliana Kerestetzi, is working on a project called Perma. This retreat will feature five homes integrated into a rocky incline facing north and will cover an area of 270 square meters. It's set to be completed by 2026. The design team includes Stefanos Maniatis, Maria Vrettou, and Konstantinos Vlachoulis. Technodynamics is responsible for the structural engineering, while MEP is managed by TEAM M-H, and IFI takes care of the lighting. Aris Sfikas is the general contractor. Various suppliers are involved, including 3T CONSTRUCTIONS and CANEPLEX. The project is aimed at hospitality and entertainment, with photos by Giorgos Sfakianakis.
