Penthouse Humaitá by Huma Arquitetura in Rio de Janeiro

Huma Arquitetura completed the Penthouse Humaitá, a 180 m² interior design project in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro, in 2025. The project was developed for a young actress and theater director who desired a cozy home with a strong sense of house. A key reference was her passion for stripes, which the architects incorporated as a compositional device to enrich the space without visual saturation. The team included principal architects Hugo Viana and Mayla Barreto, project team Ana Paula Lima and Eduarda Vieira, and general contractor Vidal Construção. Photographs were taken by Leila Viegas, and the project used Portobello as a supplier.
