PAULO MERLINI architects, led by principals Paulo Merlini and André Silva, completed the Boavista 339 residential building in 2023. The project, located on a small and peculiarly configured plot of only 88 m², with a street frontage of 5.50 meters and a rear facade width of 2.00 meters, was designed to accommodate studio and one-bedroom apartments. The architectural area totals 650 m². Engineering and consultancy were provided by Marilia Pinto Arquitetura Engenharia & Construção, lda. The building was photographed by Ivo Tavares Studio. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira and is categorized under residential architecture and apartments. The client's intention was to create a residential building with studio and one-bedroom units, reflecting a response to the constraints and opportunities of the narrow urban site.
