Paul Bernier Architecte Renovates 1970s Cottage into Primary Residence in Magog

In the heart of the Chérive domain in Magog, Canada, Paul Bernier Architecte has completed the renovation of a 1970s recreational cabin, transforming it into a year-round primary residence for its owners. The project, covering 3,600 square feet, was led by Clara Tardif with principal architect Paul Bernier. Structural engineering was provided by Dugré Ingénieurs, with Construction Memphre serving as general contractor and Cuisine Memphré handling interior design. The house, originally built as a vacation cottage, had been renovated over the years for family use, but this latest intervention adapts it for permanent living.
