In the heart of the Chérive domain in Magog, a 1970s house originally built as a recreational cottage has been transformed into a primary residence. The renovation project, led by Paul Bernier Architecte, covers an area of 3,600 square feet and is scheduled for completion in 2026. The house, which had been renovated over the years into a family vacation home, is now set to become the permanent home of its owners. The project's lead architect is Paul Bernier, with Clara Tardif as part of the lead team. Structural engineering was provided by Dugré Ingénieurs, while the general contractor was Construction Memphre. Interior design was handled by Cuisine Memphré.
