Patek Philippe's Watch Art Grand Exhibition Opens in Milan with 500 Timepieces

exhibition · 2026-08-15

Patek Philippe's seventh Watch Art Grand Exhibition commenced on 2 October in Milan and will continue until 18 October at CityOval. This complimentary event occupies 2,900 square metres and presents 500 timepieces, featuring 25 exclusive editions. Noteworthy items include a Milan table clock, ten Golden Eclipse wristwatches designed for Tuscany, and three Calatrava watches representing the Amalfi Coast. A new platinum perpetual calendar chronograph, Reference 5978P-010, is restricted to 120 units. The exhibition encompasses 15 themed sections, a nine-metre-tall replica of the Jet d'Eau, and enhanced displays. Thierry Stern remarked that the exhibition embodies his father's desire to share Patek's legacy, a vision initiated by Philippe Stern, who passed away in June, following the 2001 opening of the Patek Philippe Museum.
