Paso de los Toros House: A 365 m² Residence by Juan Carlos Sabbagh Arquitectos

In 2024, Juan Carlos Sabbagh Arquitectos finalized the Paso de los Toros House, a residence spanning 365 m² situated on a flat, rectangular lot measuring 30 by 170 meters, oriented east-west. The site is characterized by dense vegetation along its northern and southern edges, while the eastern side provides street access and the western side opens up to a polo field, allowing for complete visual transparency. The architectural design was influenced by these natural site features. Juan Carlos Sabbagh Cruz led the project, with Maria Jesus Alamos Mella on the core team. Structural engineering was executed by Sergio Contreras y Asociados, and lighting design was provided by Maria Ignacia Matte Iluminación. Materials were sourced from Topwood and VIDRIOS DELLORTO, with photography by Cristobal Palma / Estudio Palma. The project falls under the category of Houses.
