Pascali Semerdjian Arquitetos transforms Rio apartment for single owner
Pascali Semerdjian Arquitetos completed a 300 m² apartment renovation in Rio de Janeiro's Leblon neighborhood in 2023. Originally a family home, the unit was fully reconfigured for a new owner. The main goal was to integrate and expand social areas, including a master suite that now connects to the living room via a folding door. Photographs by Fran Parente document the project.
