Parnasambhar Farmhouse by N. B. Architects in Maharashtra

N. B. Architects, led by Neha Joshi, has completed Parnasambhar, a 5,000-square-foot farmhouse in northern Maharashtra, India, near the Arabian Sea. The residence is enveloped by a dense canopy of chikoo trees and oriented to ensure privacy from the adjacent coastal road. The design team includes Ar. Bahar Patil and Mrs. Prachi Patil, with structural engineering by Dr. Tanuja Bandivadekar. Curated by Miwa Negoro, the project was completed in 2025 and features photographs by pranitborastudio.
