Park Hyatt Residences Launch in London with Christian Bense Show Apartments

On 23 September 2026, sales commenced for the Park Hyatt Residences, which consist of 103 fully furnished branded homes situated above the Park Hyatt Hotel in Nine Elms, London, inaugurated in 2025. This week marks the unveiling of the initial show apartments on Level 26, crafted by South African designer Christian Bense. The showcased residences include a three-bedroom and a one-bedroom unit, both offering stunning views of the London skyline and Battersea Power Station. Notable design elements feature a rug by Peter Page and a vintage Danish cabinet. Bense's vision was to create a homely atmosphere by blending antiques with soft textiles. Marketed by Knightcrest and supported by Valouran, these residences provide access to hotel amenities, with additional designer interiors set to debut in the next six months.
