Parisian Pastry Chefs Turn 2026 Yule Logs into Edible Art with Jewelers, Designers, and Illustrators
For the upcoming 2026 holiday season, pastry chefs in Paris have unveiled exclusive bûche de Noël creations. Pierre Hermé presents a circus-themed log adorned with acrobats and pecan praline. At The Peninsula Paris, Anne Coruble and Chaumet have crafted a wheat sheaf log infused with milk semolina and vanilla French toast. Yazid Ichemrahen offers a caramel log featuring Piedmont hazelnut praline. Simon Letaillieur's green Morris column pays homage to Paris 1900 with a Belle-Hélène filling, while Étienne Leroy's Santa's village log showcases marshmallow roofs. Jordan Talbot's gluten-free option combines Piedmont hazelnut and caramel. Glazed introduces ice cream logs resembling Mexican wrestlers. Other unique designs include a chocolate sailboat, log cabin, giant truffle, and gingerbread man. Preorders will be available from early November to mid-December, ranging from €45 to €400.
