Paris Weekend Events: July 3-5, 2026

The MCJP presents a selection of 17 Japanese films from the Annecy 2026 festival, including 'The Keeper of the Camphor Tree' and 'Ghost in the Shell' 4K restoration. Dolcevita-sur-Seine returns to Arènes de Lutèce for its 5th edition, celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Paris-Rome twinning with free Italian cinema. Manon Romy's play 'Vous permettez' runs at Funambule Montmartre until July 5. Aurélia Decker adapts 'Le Petit Chaperon qui voyait rouge' at La Nouvelle Seine on July 4 and 11. Mohamed Bourouissa's parade 'Raconte-moi ton mariage' travels from Gennevilliers to IMA and Grand Palais on July 4, ahead of the 'Vive la mariée !' exhibition at IMA from September 29. Edouard Baer stars in 'Cyrano de Bergerac' at Théâtre du Gymnase. LE BAL exhibits the Wilson Centre for Photography collection, featuring 120 prints from the 1920s to today, for the bicentenary of photography. Hangar Y hosts Ilona Mikneviciute's installation 'ALBÉDO 85 %' for Jardins Ouverts en Île-de-France from July 4 to August 30. The film 'In Waves' by Phuong Mai Nguyen, based on AJ Dung's graphic novel, releases July 1. Francis of Delirium releases album 'Run, Run Pure Beauty' and performs September 15 at Hasard Ludique.
