Panasonic Japanese Microwave NN-SF57RM launches for US kitchens

Panasonic has launched the Japanese Countertop Microwave NN-SF57RM, a minimalist appliance designed for modern American kitchens. The microwave combines Japanese design principles with advanced cooking technology. It features a streamlined profile, rounded contours, a muted graphite finish, and a compact footprint with a pull-down oven-style door. The interior is a flatbed without a visible turntable, increasing capacity and simplifying cleaning. Soft-close hinges and tactile pushable buttons enhance the user experience. The NN-SF57RM is the first product to include Panasonic's Genius Sensor 2.0, which uses a thermo sensor at 64 points to detect food temperature every 0.1 seconds and automatically adjust cooking time and power. It also incorporates Panasonic's patented Inverter Technology for even heating. The microwave was launched by Panasonic Corporation of North America, based in New Jersey, and is available via the brand's website. Panasonic group manager of kitchen products Ryan Arai stated the goal was to combine traditional Japanese design with proven cooking technology.
