Pablo Lanza Arquitetura Completes 1,044 m² House D+J in Brazil

Pablo Lanza Arquitetura has completed House D+J, a 1,044 m² residential project finished in 2023 on a large, carefully selected plot of land in Brazil. According to the architects' own description, the family's initial request and the project's central priority was to maximize open areas and give prominence to greenery. Pablo Lanza served as lead architect, with Italo Vinicius and Bruna Stephanie forming the project team. Laura Rocha Arquitetura handled interior design, while Flora Rainha was responsible for landscape architecture under the label Execução Paisagismo. Engineering and consulting contributions came from Tripé Studio, Foco Luz e Desenho for lighting, and BRA Rewoods Industrial Importação e Exportação Ltda. for a glued laminated timber structure, known as MLC. Seripierri Engenharia provided project management. Uniar Comercio de Eletro-Eletrônicos e Serviços Ltda. supplied air conditioning equipment, Hall-3 Montagens e Serviços Ltda. delivered the roof waterproofing membrane, and Guccelo Mármores executed quartzite stepping stones as part of the general construction.
