OSGEMEOS Unveil Monumental Mural in Lisbon's Graça Neighborhood
In Lisbon's Graça district, Brazilian twin artists OSGEMEOS, Gustavo and Otávio Pandolfo, have unveiled a new mural at Rua da Senhora da Glória 39. This artwork, created in collaboration with Underdogs, takes the place of a 2017 piece by Vhils and Shepard Fairey. It depicts two tall yellow figures adorned in patterned attire, surrounded by elaborate elements such as a character holding a spray can, a shoulder bag shaped like a face, and the name "Margarida," a tribute to their mother. The lower figure's head features a miniature landscape with figures, water, trees, and a lighthouse, connecting to their upcoming 2026 project, The Lighthouse of the Floating Island. OSGEMEOS began their graffiti journey in São Paulo in 1987, inspired by hip-hop culture. The mural draws viewers into their imaginative realm. Photography credits go to Mike Doorline.
