Office MI-JI Designs Courtyard House in Melbourne
Office MI-JI has completed a new courtyard house in Melbourne, Australia, integrating the garden into the interior. The 2024 project, led by principal architects Millie Anderson and Jimmy Carter, uses a floor plan that separates different lifestyles of occupants and their loved ones while gathering the extended family at a central point during visits. The house is located on a large site and was curated by Miwa Negoro. Photography is by Ben Hosking.
