Oetker Hotels Opens First US Property, The Vineta in Palm Beach
Oetker Hotels has opened The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach, its first property in the United States. The 41-room hotel is set within a restored 1926 landmark, formerly the Chesterfield hotel. Interior designer Tino Zervudachi collaborated with architects Spina O'Rourke & Partners on the renovation, which preserves the Italian Revival façade and introduces a pastel-forward palette with Côte d'Azur influences. The lobby features shell-shaped pendants, oceanic inlaid ceilings, and a rattan reception desk. The hotel's restaurant, Coco's, offers a Mediterranean menu developed with the culinary team from Oetker's Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, including creations by three-time pizza-making world champion Jeremy Viale of Giovanni's. The pool, with a wavy green mosaic and scalloped loungers, is highlighted as a key amenity.
