NOT A HOTEL Unveils NIGO-Designed Tokyo Residence with KAWS Sculpture

Established in 2020, NOT A HOTEL merges architecture, art, and lifestyle by providing fractional ownership of designer villas throughout Japan. Its flagship endeavor, NOT A HOTEL TOKYO—THE NIGO HOUSE, is located in Futtsu, Chiba, a coastal area offering stunning views of Tokyo Bay and Mount Fuji. Designed by creative director NIGO, who also acts as an investor and creative adviser alongside Pharrell Williams, the residence is integrated into a cliff, showcasing breathtaking ocean views from the entrance. A striking KAWS 'COMPANION' sculpture crowns the building. The interior features a mix of vintage works by Jean Prouvé and Pierre Jeanneret, alongside contemporary art from NIGO's collection.
