NORM Architects Designs Polène's Milan Flagship Store with Enfilade Spatial Narrative

NORM Architects, under the guidance of partner architect Sofie Thorning, along with senior architect Manuela Guidarini and architect Carolina Agostinelli, has unveiled Polène's new flagship store located on Via Manzoni in Milan. The project, curated by Hadir Al Koshta, reimagines the retail environment as an architectural reflection of the brand's identity, highlighting craftsmanship, natural elements, and sculptural aesthetics. Drawing inspiration from Milanese interiors, the design incorporates enfilade spaces and the city’s diverse material palette to create a rich, immersive atmosphere. The layout features a series of interconnected rooms that establish a visual journey, allowing visitors to experience various moods shaped by light, material, and rhythm, while revealing the space's character gradually.
