Nordest Arquitectura has completed House 2302, a renovation of a traditional farmhouse in Serra de Daró, Baix Empordà, Spain. The 602 m² project, finished in 2025, respects the building's heritage while introducing contemporary design elements. The architecture features open interiors and light-filled spaces with rich materiality, engaging in dialogue with the surrounding landscape.
