NM3 Furnishes Saro and Rita's Milan Apartment with Custom Design

NM3 has furnished the Milan apartment of Saro and Rita in the Porta Romana district, preserving original features like graniglia flooring, wooden windows, and high ceilings. The project by Numero 10 Architetti with custom NM3 furniture introduces new elements that contrast with the old. A custom steel portal by NM3 dominates the entrance, alongside an orange USM console. The dining room features a solid wood table and chairs developed with Nordiska Galleriet, presented at Milan Design Week 2025, with a Moon lamp by Davide Groppi and a Nessino by Artemide. The living area includes a marble bench, steel bookshelf, Perron Bun armchair by Willo Perron for Knoll, and a CC-Tapis rug. The kitchen has an NM3 marble table with Cesca chairs by Marcel Breuer, an Alessi kettle, and a Splügen Bräu suspension by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni from 1961. The bathroom features black and white tiles, a York freestanding tub by Victoria + Albert, and Canova fittings by Cristina Rubinetterie. Saro and Rita travel frequently for work to New York, Stockholm, Paris, and London, and their home reflects these influences.
