Niwaki and Friar Park Launch Gardening Collection Rooted in Japan and England
Niwaki has collaborated with musician Dhani Harrison, who co-heads Dark Horse Records, to create a limited-edition collection inspired by Friar Park, the estate acquired by George Harrison in 1970. This partnership stems from the friendship between Harrison and Jake Hobson, the founder of Niwaki. Featured in the collection are items such as the Meditation Jacket, Kojima Jacket (£400), Rucksack, Cap, Lunch Bag, and Japanese carbon steel pruning tools, including Garden Shears (£250) and Hori Hori Pro (£70). The color scheme draws inspiration from the autumn maroon of Acer Palmatum. The collection will be available in limited quantities at Niwaki Chiltern Street, Niwaki HQ, and niwaki.com starting 12 October 2026.
