Nil Mutluer's Shredded Chicken Salad: A Taste of Childhood

London-based Turkish chef Nil Mutluer, also known as Healgoblin, has unveiled a refreshing summer salad recipe: Shredded Chicken with Cucumber, Crispy Mung Beans, Garlic Yoghurt, and Mint & Aleppo Pepper Oil. This dish incorporates smoky Aleppo pepper, dried mint, and zesty yoghurt, evoking memories of her childhood Turkish dumplings, mantı. Mutluer, who values culinary innovation, favors traditional recipes from grandmothers over those from Michelin-starred establishments. After relocating to London for her master’s degree, she interned at the Michelin-starred Cycene and became part of Sessions Arts Club in June 2025. Catering to the fashion elite, she has collaborated with brands like Miu Miu and Aesop, creating an edible centerpiece for the British Fashion Council's Summer Party in July and a red velvet cake for Chopova Lowena's store opening on 27 August.
