Nicer Tuesdays LA Returns in November with Debbie Millman, Micaiah Carter and Bijou Karman

Tickets are on sale for the final Nicer Tuesdays event of 2026 in Los Angeles, taking place on Tuesday 10 November at Lodge Room, 104 N Ave 56 2nd floor, Los Angeles, California 90042. Doors open at 7pm and talks begin around 7:30pm. The lineup features photographer and director Micaiah Carter, known for portraits of Black cultural icons such as Zendaya, Pharrell and Solange, and for campaigns with Vogue, Vanity Fair, Apple and Nike; he will discuss his career, including directing music videos and publishing his debut monograph What’s My Name. Multi-disciplinary artist Bijou Karman, whose practice spans painting, illustration and graphic design, will speak about self-publishing, including her Zine Peace Eye and the official Daisy Chain Fields Zine for Olivia Rodrigo. Designer, educator, writer and founder of the Design Matters podcast Debbie Millman will participate in the first-ever LA Q&A, interviewed by host Meg Farmer. Millman has conducted over 700 interviews and written several books on design; the podcast marked its 20th anniversary last year.
