New York's Fall Art Week 2026: Armory Show and Satellite Fairs Guide
The Armory Show is set to take place at the Javits Center in New York from September 24 to 27, 2026, showcasing approximately 230 galleries from more than 30 nations. This 32nd iteration will feature an expanded Presents, Solo, Galleries, and a Focus section dedicated to Caribbean artists. Curated by Jovanna Venegas, the Platform section will highlight large-scale installations. Events for Armory Week will span the city from September 21 to 27. The Breuer Building will host Independent 20th Century from September 24 to 27, featuring 57 galleries and over 130 artists. Other events include the SPRING/BREAK Art Show from September 23 to 28, Clio Art Fair from September 17-20 and 24-27, and the New York Art Book Fair from September 24 to 27. The Affordable Art Fair runs from September 16 to 20, while Art on Paper has been postponed to 2027.
