New Moon in Libra on October 10: Astrologer Lindsay Mack on Relationships and the 10/10 Portal
On October 10 at 11:50 a.m. EDT, the first New Moon of autumn will take place in Libra, a sign governed by Venus. Prior to this, Venus entered retrograde in Scorpio on October 3, forming a square with Mars in Leo, which brings unresolved relationship matters to the forefront. Since October 4, Mercury has been in its pre-retrograde phase, causing communication delays. The lunation is energized by Jupiter in Leo, while the 10/10 portal symbolizes both endings and fresh starts. Lindsay Mack, author of Tarot for the Wild Soul, interprets this New Moon as a prompt for fair relationships, associating it with the Justice and Two of Swords cards. Horoscopes suggest themes of evaluating connections, establishing boundaries, and focusing on personal desires for each sign.
