architecture-design · 2026-09-17

Designer Natalia Miyar has finalized a four-bedroom apartment spanning 4,400 square feet in a notable New York City building for returning clients. The entryway boasts a tobacco-hued wall covering by Phillip Jeffries and a custom bench crafted from brushed brass. A hallway without windows is adorned with black-and-white wallpaper from Pierre Frey. In the elevator vestibule, a wall covering from Stereo Interiors complements a bench designed by Miyar. The living room features a canvas by Davide Balliano, alongside custom furnishings and another Phillip Jeffries wall covering. A unique chandelier hangs above the dining table, enhanced by artwork from Tomas Vu. The cinema area includes a custom sofa and geometric shelving, while the main bedroom showcases Miyar-designed furniture, with custom headboards and wall coverings in the other bedrooms. Miyar described the project as “one of my most soup-to-nuts projects.”
