NAQI & Partners Completes Dong Trieu Retreat in Quang Ninh, Vietnam

So, there’s this place called the Dong Trieu Retreat in Quang Ninh, Vietnam, which was wrapped up in 2023. It covers 150 square meters and was initially meant to be a weekend getaway for a family from Ha Long, but they ended up making it their main home. The architect, Nguyễn Minh Nhựt, alongside designer Phan Trọng Tín, created calming spaces like a kitchen, dining area, tea room, sauna, and a meditation pavilion that looks out over a peaceful pond filled with water lilies. The stunning photos were taken by Nguyễn Nhật Anh Chương, and Miwa Negoro handled the presentation. This retreat really emphasizes tranquility and a connection to nature, evolving from a temporary escape to a permanent living space.
