Museion Opens First Italian Retrospective for RAMMELLZEE, Closing Three-Part European Tour

exhibition · 2026-10-17

RAMM:ELL:ZEE: TIME:LINE is currently on display at Bolzano's Museion, marking the only Italian venue for the first extensive European retrospective dedicated to RAMMELLZEE (1960–2010). This exhibition spans two levels and features over 150 pieces, many of which have never been shown in Italy before. Curators Hugo Vitrani and Cédric Fauq led the initiative, with exhibition design by Pascal Rodriguez. TIME:LINE wraps up a three-part European series that included shows at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris and the Capc Musée d'art contemporain de Bordeaux. Following Museion's 2025 exhibition Graffiti, which investigates the relationship between graffiti and contemporary fine art, this retrospective highlights RAMMELLZEE's diverse and radical artistic contributions.
