Moncler and Clarks Originals Unveil Trailgrip Wallabee GTX Collaboration

Moncler has teamed up with Clarks Originals to launch the Trailgrip Wallabee GTX, a modern take on the iconic Wallabee shoe that debuted in the 1960s. This updated model features Moncler's Trailgrip Vibram sole technology, suitable for tough terrains, along with a waterproof Gore-Tex lining. Its release aligns with the new Moncler x Fragment collection, a collaboration with Hiroshi Fujiwara's Tokyo-based brand that began in 2018. Among the offerings is an all-black Trailgrip Wallabee GTX, adorned with Fragment branding, retailing for £630 and set to be available from 29 August. The collection, influenced by Japanese culture and mountainous landscapes, also includes a 'FRGMTmini' line for children. The Trailgrip Wallabee GTX can be found at Moncler stores globally and on moncler.com, while the Fragment edition is exclusive to Moncler Ginza and moncler.com. Notably, the Wallabee has seen reinterpretations by brands such as Supreme, Stussy, Carhartt, Bape, Aimé Leon Dore, and Wu Wear, the clothing line of the Wu Tang Clan.
